Three arrested for major warehouse burglary

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

APD says that three people are in custody in connection with $52,000.00 worth of property stolen from a warehouse.

Kandice Marshall and Tessa Griffin are charged with Theft by Receiving and Timothy Nichols is charged with Burglary.

The victim in this case reported that someone broke into his warehouse and stole shoes and clothes.

Police say Nichols and Marshall tried to sell the property through social media sites, and at the Superior Creek Lodge, and at Target.

A search at Superior Creek revealed several large bags of the stolen property which was returned to the owner.

An undercover "buy" was set up and made in the parking lot of Target, where Nichols was taken into custody, and a large quantity of additional property was recovered.
