THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Two teenagers are facing burglary charges after investigators said they broke into a home Monday afternoon.

Ladarius Larry, 17, and a juvenile were taken into custody after officers said a neighbor saw the two young men break into a home on Jerger Street.

Officers arrived within minutes to find the two suspects running from the home.

Investigators caught them thanks to a quick-thinking neighbor.

“A lot of times individuals will actually see something going on and they just don't want to get involved, so they don't call the police,” said Lt. Maurice Holmes.  “And then we'll find out after the fact, 'I saw someone doing something and I should've called.'”

Lt. Holmes encourages residents to call police if they witness any type of suspicious activity.
