Coroner rules South Georgia man died from crash injuries

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Dougherty County Coroner says a South Georgia man died from injuries suffered in a crash Saturday morning.

But Michael Fowler says the fatal crash could have been caused by a medical emergency.

Police say 53 year old Cecil Elliott was ejected from his Ford truck when he lost control on Seventh Avenue and struck several trees, then flipped.

Passenger, 30 year old Amanda Williams, was treated at the hospital, and released.
