VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - On Thursday morning, around 2:30 a Lowndes County Sheriff's Office deputy was on patrol checking property, when he saw activity inside the business at 3500 Country Club Road.
The deputy found four young people inside the business. Dayne Baucom, Thomason Duncan, Emily Goff and Julie Parrish were all taken to the Lowndes County Jail and booked.
Since the business is located within the city of Valdosta, the four were turned over to VPD for additional investigation and charges.
The pool house of the country club had been broken into, and they found empty beer bottles and Powerade. A golf cart had been driven around the grounds of the Country Club.
"This is just a good example of the continued cooperation between the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office and the Valdosta Police Department working together for the safety of this community" said VPD Lt. Kari Williams.
