Folks gathered for some family fun in downtown Sylvester Friday.
The city hosted movie night, with a screening of "Paddington" by the train depot. The event was free and started at 7 p.m. so kids could run around and enjoy the outdoors before the movie started.
“We do have the food and beverages available and we're wanting the families to come out and enjoy their time together in downtown n Sylvester and even possibly patronize some of our businesses downtown,” said Jana Dyke.
The city also sponsored a movie night last summer that attracted a couple of hundred people.
