SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) -

A Boys & Girls Club could be coming to Sylvester.

Judy Hall with Family Visions Outreach Incorporated is working to turn Holley Gym into a club.

Supporters met with business leaders and Boys and Girls Club officials from Albany today.

"We're looking at getting people to step up from businesses, from leadership positions just plain citizens who want to help out and establish an advisory committee for the Boys & Girls Club because this is just the beginning,” said Judy Hall, Executive Director for Family Visions Outreach Incorporated.

Hall says the city is supporting the effort.

Another interest meeting will be held August 27th at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Library in Sylvester.
