Deputies fatal shooting report still incomplete
Crystal Miley Harry was shot and killed after a chase ended in a crash.

WORTH CO., GA (WALB) - A South Georgia district attorney is waiting on a ballistics report before deciding whether to take a deadly police force case to a Worth County grand jury.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has sent its final report of the shooting of Crystal Harry, by two Worth County Sheriff's deputies back in February to Tift Judicial Circuit district attorney Paul Bowdon.

The GBI says deputies Andy Hamilton and Mike Haralson both fired shots after Harry pointed a gun following a high speed chase that ended on Georgia Highway 133 near the Dougherty County line.

Bowdon says it is still not known which deputy fired the shot that killed Harry.
