The National Weather Service Tallahassee says a severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect until 3:30 pm today, for: Northeastern Seminole, Decatur, East Central Early, Baker, Eastern Miller, Western Grady, Southwestern Mitchell, Southeastern Calhoun And Southwestern Dougherty Counties In Southwestern Georgia,

At 2:49 pm, Doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.

These storms were located along a line extending from near Morgan to 6 miles east of Chattahoochee, moving east at 40 mph.

Locations Impacted Include, Colquitt, Newton, Bainbridge, Camilla, Arlington, Leary, Whigham, West Bainbridge, Douglasville, Attapulgus, Climax, Damascus, Brinson, Vada, Branchville, Harrells Still, Lynn, Amsterdam, Macedonia And Hoggard Mill.
