An Albany woman battling COPD is asking for the community's help to find her stolen motorized wheelchair.
Zelliene Rivers believes her wheelchair was stolen while recovering in the hospital. According to a police report, she left her wheelchair near the Walmart entrance on Sylvester highway. The chair is black and maroon in color and is worth several thousand dollars.
"That was a very expensive chair, and if they have it I am asking them to bring it back because it left me physically, mentally, sickly, and un financially to get one back," Zelliene Rivers said.
If you know the where abouts of the chair you are asked to call Albany police.
