An Ohio woman confessed to stealing more than 14 hundred dollars worth of items from the woman she was staying with.
Dougherty County Police recovered most of the stolen tools and music equipment from an East Albany pawn shop Tuesday afternoon.
Carolyn McGlamry reported them stolen from her home on Lumpkin Street Friday.
Police issued theft by taking warrants against 34 year old Ashley George who confessed to stealing them to support a drug habit.
Dougherty County Police Lt. Chad Kirkpatrick said "Once we made contact with Miss George, she did admit to it. She actually had some of the pawn tickets in her pocket as well. So we were able to locate all the items except for one, at Albany Music and Pawn on East Broad."
Police say George is currently hospitalized in Albany and will be arrested when she's released.
