ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Girls just want to have fun this summer.
Girl Talk is coming back to the place it began 13-years ago in Albany.
It's a mentoring and community service organization that works with 4th to 8th grade girls.
This summer organizers will host Project Inside Out a weeklong day camp that will teach girls ways to help their community and how to be a good friend.
"The main lesson is girls need girls in all stages of life. Even as girls grow up to be women. Women need other women," said Haley Kilpatrick Dozier Founder and Executive Director of Girl Talk.
The camp will be held at Deerfield-Windsor Lower School next Monday through Friday ten to four.
Miss Albany will be one of the speakers.
