Today the C.H.Y. foundation held a car wash on Dawson Rd. to raise funds for their save my son program, where they purchase clothes for young people.
We spoke with the found of the nonprofit who says they want to do all they can for your men so they stay out of trouble.
One Albany High student says the organization helps them stay focused.
"What we see in the news is about them getting into trouble, and being in jail and all of that, and we just want to curtail some of that," says founder Acillen Watts.
"We see different colleges and these colleges give us tours, and it really helps us determine what we want to be in life," says Andrew Watts.
They partnered with WJIZ after being selected through a summer contest.
