Ocilla police are also investigating a shooting that happened just a few blocks away from where a man died in a stabbing. A teenager remains hospitalized after an overnight shooting.

Ocilla Police are offering a reward of $500 for info that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever shot 17-year-old Raquon Tucker.

He was walking down 11th Street and North McKinley, when he was shot in the calf.

He has not provided any information to police, saying he doesn't know anything.

"He does not know who, or which direction the shot came from. He was simply walking down the street, had headphones on, and felt the sting on his leg. He didn't even hear the shot," said Ocilla Police Chief Billy Hancock.

If you have any information on the shooting, you're asked to call the Ocilla Police Department at 229-468-7494.
