Workout and help a young Georgia couple in need

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - You can get in a good workout and help a young Georgia couple in need at the same time.

On Saturday starting at 9 a.m. the public is invited to work out at World Camp Crossfit in Albany.

The gym will accept donations for Mariah and Sean Provost.

Their son Noah suffers from Kawasaki disease.

The newborn also has an aneurism in his heart.

His parents run a crossfit gym in Cumming.

All the money collected at World Camp Crossfit tomorrow will help them with medical expenses.

“I realize that medical expenses can pile up pretty quick and this is a young couple much like myself so I just want to help out in any way that we can," says Kris Morril, Owner of World Camp Crossfit.

The gym is located on Dawson Road behind Tokyo's Japanese Steakhouse.

The gym will also match any donations from customers.
