NAACP HQ trashed

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Vandals literally trashed the Albany NAACP Albany branch office Friday.

They left trash on the doorstep, and a can full garbage near the building. Someone also took mail out of the mailbox.

It's happened before.

Tammy Green said they found the the damage around one this afternoon and promptly called police. 

"I have a message for whoever did this. You will be prosecuted once we find out who is deliberately doing this."

Police told Green they will be keeping a close eye on the building.
