ADEL, GA (WALB) - A Berrien County man featured multiple times on "WALB's Most Wanted"was finally behind bars Friday after more than a year on the run.
U.S. Marshals arrested Darren McCormack at 818 Turkey Dr. in Adel around noon Friday with help from Adel Police and the Berrien, Cook, and Lowndes County Sheriff's Offices.
McCormack was wanted on drug, theft, and gun charges in Berrien County, drug charges in Cook County, and multiple federal warrants.
"We're really happy to have him behind bars where he belongs," said Berrien County Sheriff Anthony Heath. "He was a dangerous individual and capable of causing problems in our community and we don't like that."
As of Friday, McCormack was currently being held in the Cook County Jail.
