Working to eliminate hot car child deaths

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Georgia's Governor Nathan Deal is leading an effort to prevent hot car deaths in our state.

When the temperature is 70 degrees outside, it can get well over 100 degrees inside a vehicle. It only takes minutes for a child's temperature to rise to heat stroke levels.
