ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Four Albany people are indicted for roles in a wild shootout at an East Albany nightclub in February.

Antwon Johnson, Patrick Stokes, and Jarrell Stroud are all indicted for 15 counts of aggravated assault, firearms, and criminal damage charges.

The District Attorney says they were three of a large number of people that were shooting guns February 8th in the parking lot of the Sand Trap Lounge on East Oglethorpe.

The D.A. says the shootout was much like the recent Texas biker shootout.

"We are fortunate that nobody was killed or even hit. Other than property. There was property damages, as a result of the shootout, but nobody got killed," said Greg Edwards, Dougherty D.A.

Kimya Thomas was indicted for hindering apprehension, accused of trying to hide one of the suspects from police.
