Person of interest sought in missing wallet case


Police are looking for a person of interest they say believe used a misplaced credit card.

The person in the photos was seen on surveillance video after another man lost his wallet.

Officials said David Brimer was in Big Lots on North Slappey Blvd. in Albany around 8:30 p.m. when he misplaced his wallet in the store.

About 30 minutes later, he got a call from Walmart telling him that a charge on one of his cards had been denied.

Then 20 minutes after that, Brimer got two more calls telling him that more charges had been denied on his cards at Target.

Police said so far, $683 had been spent.
