ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Many of us show our love of their country by flying the American flag.

The Albany Exchange Club presented plaques to five local businesses and to Jim O'Hair for flying the flag at his home.

The "Proudly We Hail" program honors business and homeowner for not only flying the American flag on regular basis but also flying it properly.

"Demonstrates their patriotism. What better way to show patriotism than to fly "Old Glory". said John Woodward of the Exchange Club of Albany.

The five businesses to receive "Proudly We Hail" plaques were Albany YMCA, Prince Chevrolet, Chick Fil-A at Lee Crossings, A-West Enterprises and Woodmen of the World.
