Small Business of the Year winner to be revealed

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany has been celebrating Small Business Week and tonight we will learn the winner of Small Business of the Year.

“Each business brings something different to the table illustrating that Albany has the business environment to grow just about any idea an entrepreneur can imagine,” Tommy Clark, 2015 chairman of the chamber board, said of the award nominees.

More than 50% of Americans either own or work for small businesses, creating about two out of every three jobs.

There are a total of 11 nominees for the event, a reception will take place tonight at Merry Acres Event Center at 6 P.M.
