Seven Albany State Golden Rams were named to the Southern Intercollegiate All-Conference Team over the weekend.
In baseball, sophomores, Terrence Worthy, Jeremy Arrington and Ryan Latner were named all-conference.
Worthy made first team as a shortstop, Arrington made first team as an outfielder, and Latner earned second team honors as a second baseman.
In softball, seniors Alexa Lopez, Chelsea Hicks, and sophomore Kayla Alexander all made all conference teams.
Lopez, made first team as a pitcher and was named SIAC Starting Pitcher of the Year.
Hicks, was named first team at first base, earning first team honors all four years of her career.
And Alexander earned first team honors at as an outfielder, for the first time in her career.
Finally, the seventh Golden Rams to earn a nod is softball head coach Robert Skinner, who earned SIAC Coach of the Year for the third time in the last four years.
The success continued for the baseball team on Sunday.
They beat Stillman College 5-2 to advance to the SIAC title game on Monday afternoon at 3:00.
