ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Somebody in south Georgia hit it big in a scratch off lottery game.
The Chevron at Highway 82 and Fussell Road in Lee County sold a 150-thousand dollar ticket, on Thursday night.
The manager said the excited winner ran straight home to share the good news.
"Scratched off 150-thousand dollars on a 3 dollar ticket," said Marty Patel, manager. "Fifteen times the money. So, we were very excited about it. We believe this is the luckiest place in Albany and Lee County."
The lottery coroporation hasn't identified the winner yet.
The largest prize won at this station was one million dollars back in 2008.
