TIFTON, GA (WALB) - Hundreds of people are also taking part in a Relay for Life at the E.B. Hamilton Complex in Tifton tonight.
American Cancer Society officials recognized their sponsors.
There's food, raffles, and activities for kids.
More than 200 people who beat cancer walked the Survivors Lap.
"Having the community get together come out for an event like this to show their support, donate their money and time and to get together and have a good time of fellowship for this," said Scott Burgess, Relay for Life Logistics Committee.
The event ends at 1:00 a.m.
Organizers hope to raise $119,000.
