Murder suspect will be brought back from NY

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Dougherty District Attorney is now working to bring an Albany murder suspect back from New York.

We learned Albany Police Officers tipped the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force in Manhattan that Marquel "Chad" Culpepper was hiding out in Chinatown in New York City.

Marshals captured him there within two hours.

He's charged Culpepper with the murder of 38-year-old Kendrick Miller at the America's Best Value Inn on North Slappey April 16th.
