ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
A Dougherty County judge has set a $1,000 bond for the 19-year-old Albany High School student Justin "Notorious" Crutchfield. He posted the bond late Tuesday afternoon.
He was arrested after police say he distributed pot-filled brownies at school, sickening and hospitalizing students.
School police are currently awaiting lab test results of the brownies to determine if they were laced with substances other than marijuana. If the tests come back positive for other drugs, Crutchfield could face additional charges.
The judge set no restrictions on the 19 year-old, he said the school will deal with him administrative.
