THOMAS CO., GA (WALB) - A Grady county prison parolee is back behind bars in Thomas county after deputies said he admitted having 11 grams of meth.
Steven Rackliff, 24, is facing multiple drug possession charges.
Thomas county narcotics agents set up surveillance at a business off of US 84.
Deputies said they found Rackliff with a backpack containing meth, empty capsules, syringes, and rubber bands.
Rackliff was on parole for a burglary conviction.
