Police are trying to track down whoever fired shots at a South Albany man as he sped away from an attempted robbery.
58 year old Perry Singleton says a young woman approached his car at the intersection of South Harding and Corn Avenue around 2:30 Monday morning.
When he saw three young men running toward his car, he sped away and heard three gunshots.
One bullet went through his back window and out the windshield near the steering wheel.
Singleton was not hurt.
