An Albany man accused of burglarizing garages while people were at home is indicted after our viewers identified him.
Joe Holden, Junior was indicted on three counts of burglary and one count of fleeing to elude police.
Prosecutors say last September, he stole from two homes on Crofton Drive and one on Hanover Street.
September 16th Albany Police pulled this suspect over after a homeowner spotted him burglarizing his home, but the man sped away.
After seeing this video, a viewer tipped police that it was Holden.
Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards said "With video from the social media contacts, it was discovered that he was responsible for the other burglaries. So he is being charged by the Grand Jury for 3 burglaries."
Holden, who has prior felony convictions in Dougherty County, is charged as a recidivist and could face up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
