A family owned automobile business is investing millions of dollars to improve and expand their dealerships.
Kia of Albany is moving to Lee County.
The Murphy Automotive Group held a groundbreaking Wednesday on Ledo Road next to Toyota of Albany which the company also owns.
C-E-O Mike Murphy says his family will change the dealerships' names following the miraculous recovery of their father, the company founder, from bone marrow cancer.
"He says I know what happened, I'm cured by the Lord," said Murphy. "This is exciting. So to honor Dennis and more importantly our Creator, we wanted to name the stores Miracle Toyota and Miracle KIA."
The Kia dealership will be a 15,000 square foot facility.
They'll enlarge the Toyota Dealership to 25,000 square feet.
Officials say they hope to finish construction before the first of the year.
