ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
State Representative Ed Rynders of Albany and Lee County says balancing the state budget is the 2015 legislature's first success, but he said the medical marijuana bill passed was another proud achievement for legislators.
"It's to help children with seizures. Was vitally important. You can't smoke it. It's not for pain relief. It's not medical marijuana like you see in Colorado," he said.
The Governor is expected to sign Haleigh's Hope Act into law this month.
