VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

Three people had been indicted as of Tuesday in connection with a murder in Valdosta on October 28th, 2014.

16 year old Ricky Barron, III and 23 year old Andreah Mitchell were indicted on Felony murder, armed robbery, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Police said Mitchell drove Barron, III to 40 year old Timothy Linder's home on Marion St. so that Barron, III could rob Linder. Police said Barron, III and Linder argued and Barron, III ended up shooting Linder multiple times.

"Typically, when you have, as in this case, more than one person indicted generally one of 'em is gonna be a little less culpable than the others and you can normally make a deal and use that individual to testify against the other one or two," said Lowndes County Chief Assistant District Attorney Brad Shealy.

18 year old Angel Clark was also indicted for armed robbery and tampering with evidence.

Shealy said the earliest the case would go to trial is July or August of 2015.
