ATLANTA, GA (WALB) - In July of 2007, Dougherty County prosecutors won a conviction in a brutal murder.

They said that 32 year old Reginald Bernard Cooper stabbed a man 19 times with a pocket knife, killing him.

Cooper was charged and convicted of murder and aggravated assault.

An Albany jury found that Cooper killed 31 year old Kevin Lindsey during a fight May 13, 2005 on South McKinley Street, repeatedly stabbing him.
