The search continues for an aggravated assault suspect after Albany Police came up empty at a house Wednesday evening.
The suspect's mother isn't happy with how police treated her mother while executing a search warrant at her house.
Cynthia Thomas said officers spent two hours looking for Quantavious Thomas at her Grady Street home.
She said they wouldn't even let her mother get her oxygen during the search.
"She's 82 years old, congestive heart failure, hypertension, they wouldn't let nobody come in the house, wouldn't even let her go to the bathroom,” said Cynthia Thomas.
Police did not find Thomas or the gun they say he used to threaten a woman on Washington Street.
Thomas is 31. He's 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 229 lbs.
Call Crime Stoppers at 436-tips if you can help police find him.
