Thieves break into a dozen cars at repair shop

AMERICUS, GA (WALB) - Crooks broke into more than a dozen cars at an Americus repair shop this week. Thieves stole radios and spare change from most of the cars.

Surveillance cameras were not able to catch good pictures of the thieves. One victims said he's frustrated his cars were smashed while they were supposed to be getting fixed.

"Very aggravating. I've had two vehicles sitting here to be repaired and they knocked out, back windows out of one and the side window out of another one," said Gary Paulk.

Americus police are investigating, but no arrests have been made.
