I responded to 2501 S. Washington St. Apt. B in normal patrol mode in reference to Disorderly Conduct. Upon arrival I made contact with [a citizen] who advised "Meekstro" (Quantavious Thomas) came to her home and threaten her.
[The citizen] advised she was sitting on her porch when he pulled up and got out of a blue Nissan Altima with a drive out tag. She advised he got out with a gray and black gun in his hand, she further advised there was an unknown black male with him. She advised the other unknown black male had a gun also.
[The citizen] advised Meekstro came toward her stating "Y'all [expletive] looking for me, y'all [expletive] betta keep my name out y'all mouth. I'm a real blood [expletive]" with the gun in his hand.
She advised she told him she was calling the police, then he left. She advised he never pointed the gun at her but she was afraid for her life.
A neighbor who advised he saw the incident advised there was two black males, but only one of them had a gun. He further stated the black male with the gun was the only one that exited the vehicle. Both parties wrote statements in reference to the incident.
[One citizen] could not write, I witnessed [a citizen] write out [unknown] statement and recorded what he said.
