DECATUR CO., GA (WALB) - A Decatur County woman is in jail, after investigators say she stabbed her boyfriend in the back.

Rochelle Miller, 20, was charged with aggravated assault after she confessed to stabbing 26-year-old Julius Bullock.

She told investigators the two of them were arguing when he turned his back on her, and that's when she stabbed him.

Doctors said if the wound was just a bit lower, Bullock could have died.

Where she stabbed him was in the clavicle bone," said Investigator Cheryl Roberts. "If it had been half an inch lower, it could have possibly collapsed his lungs."

Bullock needed staples to close his wounds. He has since been released from the hospital.
