THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -  A Thomasville man was arrested Tuesday morning after officers said he broke into two cars.

Alfred Hadley, 30, is charged with two counts of entering autos and obstruction of police officers.

Officers said one victim recognized Hadley as he was breaking into his car.

That person said Hadley threatened him before running away.

Major Eric Hampton with the Thomasville Police Department said, “Mr. Hadley actually threatened the homeowner with a screwdriver as he fled from the property.  So now he is being charged with aggravated assault.”

The department is investigating whether Hadley is connected to several other entering auto cases in the city.
