Man, woman arrested for Sylvester burglary

SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) - About lunchtime Tuesday, Sylvester police received a tip about people riding the neighborhood and breaking into homes in the 500 block of East Willingham Street.

While on patrol, Officer Adam Celinski the  in a Silver Ford Ranger they were watching for leaving a drive way of 508 East Willingham Street. 

The residence had been burglarized, and a 50 inch Emerson flat screen TV was stolen from the residence. 

Police arrested and booked Michael Thomas Griffin, 38, of Moultrie, and Terri Diane Young, 27, of Worth County. 

They were taken to the Turner County Jail, both charged with First degree Burglary. The TV set, valued at $699.00 was recovered.
