TIFTON, GA (WALB) - The Tift County Sheriff's Office says that two men were shot Wednesday night on West 27th Street. They both survived, and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The sheriff says that deputies responded to a report of shots fired at 608 West 27th Street at 11:45 Wednesday night.
They learned that two men had been shot, and that one of the men was taken to Tift Regional Medical Center by a private vehicle before they got there.
The second man was taken to the Tift Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
As of this morning both subjects are receiving treatment at Tift Regional.
