ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A man charged with shooting his girlfriend and robbing a bank in December will remain in jail after a committal hearing on Thursday.
35-year-old LaShawn Moore is charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to a child, false imprisonment, and robbery by intimidation.
On December 16th, police said Moore shot Krystal Jackson at least twice while their child watched.
Police didn't find out about it until the next day when someone called 911 minutes before Moore was accused of robbing the PeopleSouth Bank on Westover Boulevard.
After five days on the run, Moore turned himself in.
