The Worth County community raises money for two boys battling cancer.
Friends of six-year-old Logan Lee and 17-year-old Dontae Cooper sold barbeque sandwiches and cakes outside of Piggly Wiggly in Sylvester to raise money for their medical expenses. Lee is suffering from brain cancer and Cooper is suffering from Stage 4 Lymphoma. Friends say it was important for them to help.
"Because we live in a small community, and it's all about helping one another and I have two children and I can only imagine what it feels like as a mom to go through something like this," said Betty Dorsey, Friend.
