ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A 14-year old Baconton girl injured in a car crash is welcomed back home.

Hannah Croker stopped by to visit her mother's co-workers at Sonny's Barbecue in Albany this afternoon.

Hannah had been hospitalized in Atlanta since a wreck last November.

She has amazed her doctors with her progress. Hannah's goal now is to work with her therapists so she can walk back into the hospital for a visit on her own.

We spoke with Hannah who says the first thing she wants to do is to see her dog Nemo and visit with friends and family.

Through it all she has kept her faith and her sense of humor.

Hannah asks people to “Just keep praying. And thank you all to everybody that helped with the house and getting me home.”

Her family is having to renovate the home to accommodate her wheelchair.

Hannah's family is grateful for the support and prayers and says keep them coming.

Hannah has been hearing from people all over the world with well wishes. Her family says she loves to receive cards and letters.

You can send them in care of Sonny's BBQ 1900 North Slappey Blvd Albany GA 31707.
