Darton State College is hosting more than 200 area middle and high school students as they compete in the 43rd Annual Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
The all day fair is in Darton's recreation gym, and conclude at 6:30 p.m. with the awards presentation, which will be held in the Student Center, room C-266. The exhibits will be open to the public at 7:00 p.m.
Invitations will be extended to the top exhibitors to attend the state fair in Athens in March. The top competitor at the state science fair will represent Southwest Georgia at the International Science and Engineering Fair in Pittsburgh in May.
