One caught, another sought in Worth County home break-ins

WORTH CO., GA (WALB) - One man is in in jail tonight while authorities look for another charged in a half dozen Worth County home burglaries. Joseph Stetter was arrested this week, charged with several break-ins on County Line Road.

Sheriff Jeff Hobby says Stetter and Travis Wade are also suspects in Mitchell, Lee, and Dougherty Counties. Sheriff Hobby commends his investigators for quick work.

"Biggest importance is security of our residents in worth county. We want people to feel safe in their own homes and when you have people breaking in homes, that kind of violates their security of their homes," said Sheriff Hobby.

If you have information on Wade's whereabouts, you're asked to call the Worth County Sheriff's office.
