Albany Area Primary Health Care giveaway hundreds of coats to families in need.
They held their annual coat giveaway at the South Albany Medical Center. Staff members raised funds and received a $3500 donation from Peach State to buy coats for the community.
"We're a community based organization and so it just means a lot to us to give back to the community and it's been a great turnout today,” said Bonnie Long, Insurance Manager.
The organization purchased more than 400 coats for infants up to adults.
