CAIRO, GA (WALB) - The man suspected of killing one man and injuring three others in Cairo will make his first appearance in court tomorrow afternoon.
Delaljujuan Jones, 28, surrendered to Cairo police around 7:30 last night.
Stanley Hill, 24, was killed in the shooting Saturday night.
Martarvione Moore and brothers Kentrall and Shontarious Brown are currently in stable condition.
GBI Special Agent Steve Turner said, “Obviously he knew we were looking for him and he knew we were on his trail, and we figured out who it was. In this situation, it makes it safer if they just bring themselves in versus us having to go arrest them. We've got it in a controlled environment and we can control it.”
Jones will make his first appearance tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Grady County Detention Center.
