Some Baker County students are rewarded for good behavior with a country snow ball fight.
K through 12 students got a chance to throw snow balls made out of a flour at their teachers. They had to earn at least 75 points or more through the school's checking and savings system, which adds points for good behavior and deducts points for bad behavior. School officials say their system to encourage good behavior is working.
" From the last time we did this, we have doubled our numbers which means kids are performing better, they're attending school more and their overall character has improved greatly," said Tracy Barber, Family Engagement Specialist.
School officials are thanking parents for their involvement in helping their students behave better in class. The school had a water balloon fight in November.
