DECATUR CO., GA (WALB) -  Decatur County's resolution to pay the legal fees of county employees facing criminal charges is back on the drawing board.

The county's new board of commissioners, as well as their new county attorney, plan to revise the resolution to make it more concise.

Changes would give the county complete discretion to decide whether to reimburse legal fees on a case-by-case basis.

They hope to complete the new resolution by January 27th.
