A new exhibit opened tonight at the Albany Museum of Art featuring paintings by Ray Pierotti.
He lives in Shellman and was at the opening reception.
He said many things inspire his work.
“Every day is an inspiration to me. I read a lot, do a lot of talking. I have traveld the whole. Those things influence what I think about, I come up with,” said Ray Pierotti, Featured Artist.
The exhibit called Overlapping Sensibilities runs through April and is free.
The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday.
